Resepi Cornflakes Madu



 

 

 

 

Bahan-bahan ( lebih kurang 150 paper cup )

  • 3 sudu besar butter
  • 3 sudu besar gula merah
  • 3 sudu besar madu
  • 1 sudu besar golden syrup ~ optional
  • 4 cawan cornflakes
  • Kekacang secukupnya (walnut,almond,peanut)
Cara-cara
  • Kesemua kekacang di bakar secara berasingan kemudian ditumbuk / blend kasar. Ketepikan.
  • Masukkan butter,gula merah,madu dan golden syrup ke dalam periuk. Kacau sebentar untuk sebatikan bahan-bahan tersebut. Pastikan api kecil sahaja dan tidak terlalu lama supaya butter tidak pecah minyak.
  • Apabila semua adunan sudah sebati,tutup api dan terus kacau sehingga likat dan suam-suam kuku.
  • Masukkan cornflakes ke dalam mangkuk besar.Curah kan bahan-bahan tadi ke atasnya dan gaul sekata.Patah-patahkan sedikit kepingan cornflakes tersebut (jangan ramas atau hancurkan)
  • Taburkan kekacang tadi ke dalam mangkuk berisi cornflakes dan gaul sekata. Boleh masukkan ceri jika mahu.
  • Sudukan ke dalam paper cup.Susun di dalam dulang pembakar dan bakar lebih kurang 2~3 min.Sejukkan di atas redai dan bolehlah di simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara.

down and make notes to help them to remember things.
Later that night while watching television, the man got up
 from his chair and his wife asked,
 "Where are you going?" He replied, "To the kitchen." She asked,
 "Will you get me a bowl of ice cream?" He replied, "Sure honey."

 She then asked him, "Don't you think that you should write it down
 on a note so you can remember it?" He said, "No, I can remember that."

She then said, "Well I would also like some chocolate syrup on top.
 You had better write that down because I know you'll forget that."

He said, "I can remember that, you want a bowl of ice cream
with chocolate syrup."

She replied, "Well I also would like whipped cream on top.
 I know you will forget that so you better write it down."
Now irritated, he said, "I don't need to write that down!
I can remember that." He then goes down stairs to the kitchen.
 After about 20 minutes he returned from the kitchen
 and handed her a plate of bacon and eggs.

She stared at the plate for a moment and said angrily:
 "I TOLD you to write it down! You forgot my toast!"

Resepi Biskut Nestum Kismis

 

 

Bahan-bahan ( 100 pcs )

  • 250g butter
  • 100g kismis
  • 3 cawan tepung gandum
  • 3 cawan nestum
  • 1 1/2 cawan gula halus
  • Telur 1 biji (psl i buat 1/2 dr resipi suruh).. So kalau 250g butter, letak 2 biji ler

Cara-cara

  1. Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang.
  2. Masukkan telur esen vanilla, pukul lagi.
  3. Masukkan tepung dan nestum, gaul.
  4. Masukkan pulas kismis dan uli adunan ikut bentuk yg digemari.
  5. Bakar pd suhu 180 selama 20 minit.

Resepi Kek Pisang Kukus












Bahan-bahan:

1 ½ cawan tepung gandum, ayak bersama 1 sudu baking powder
½ cawan gula kastor
2 biji telur
2 biji pisang atau ½ cawan pisang masak dikisar atau
2 sudu teh minyak jagung

1 ½ sudu teh susu

Cara penyediaan:

Panaskan kukusan.

Pukul telur dan gula hingga kembang dan warna pucat. Masukkan minyak jagung, susu dan pisang. Kacau atau putar hingga sebati.

Masukkan tepung yang telah diayak bersama baking powder. Kacau perlahan-lahan hingga adunan sebati.

Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang yang telah digris dengan minyak atau marjerin. Masukkan ke dalam kukusan dan kukus hingga masak anggaran selama 15 minit. Uji dengan cucukan lidi untuk memastikan kek masak.

Setelah masak, biarkan sejuk pada suhu bilik sebelum dikeluarkan dari loyang.

Resepi Famous Amos Chocolate Chips

Bahan-bahan ( 1kilo cookies = 100 keping )
  • 1 cawan gula
  • 1 cawan padat gula perang *
  • 1 cawan mentega
  • 1 cawan minyak
  • 1 telu
  • 1 sudu besar susu segar
  • 4 cawan tepung gandum
  • 1 sudu kecil garam *
  • 1 sudu kecil cream of tartar
  • 1 sudu kecil baking soda
  • ½ cawan walnut cincang
  • 2 cawan semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 sudu kecil vanilla extract

Cara-cara

  • Pukul gula, mentega, minyak, telur, susu and vanilla hingga sebati.
  • Masukkan bahan-bahan kering, walnut dan chocolate chips
  • Adunan nampak lembik, sudukan satu sudu kecil ke atas dulang pembakar, tak perlu di gris.
  • Bakar pada suhu 350 ‘F (175’ C) dlm 10-15 minit (bergantung pada jenis oven)
  • Nota * Rasa agak manis, boleh kurangkan gula perang kepada ½ atau ¾ cawan. Jika mentega dah masin kurangkan garam kepada ½ sk.
  • Cookies ini agak peroi, jika suka keras sedikit, lebihkan tepung ikut kesukaan.
  • Walnut boleh diganti dengan kacang jenis lain
